  1. What does “refurbished” mean?

    Refurbished products are pre-owned devices that have been fully tested, cleaned, and restored to excellent working condition.

    All items undergo diagnostic checks, battery health tests, a complete data wipe, and professional cleaning before being approved for sale.

  2. What are the gradings for your products?

    We use cosmetic grading to describe the appearance of each device:

    • Premium – No/minimal marks or scratches
      Our highest cosmetic grade. The device looks almost new with little to no visible wear.
    • Excellent – Minor marks or scratches
      Light cosmetic wear from gentle use. Marks are minimal and barely noticeable.
    • Good – Marks and scratches visible
      Noticeable signs of previous use such as scratches or marks. Fully functional and tested.
    • Fair – Heavy marks, stained
      Shows heavy wear including scratches, scuffs, or discolouration. Still fully functional.
  3. How do you test your devices?

    All devices go through a multi-point quality check, including:

    • Full hardware diagnostics
    • Touchscreen and display tests
    • Battery health tests
    • Camera, microphone, and speaker tests
    • Software wipe and reset
    • Network and connectivity tests
  4. Are the devices genuine?

    Yes. All devices are 100% genuine. No clones, copies, or aftermarket hardware.

  5. Do you accept returns?

    Yes. We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy, provided the item is returned in the same condition it was received.

  6. Is there a warranty?

    Yes. All devices include a 12-month warranty covering functional defects.

    This does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or physical damage.

  7. What is covered under warranty?

    • Hardware or internal faults
    • Software issues
    • Battery failures (not caused by physical damage)
  8. What is not covered?

    • Broken screens, dents, or cracks
    • Water or liquid damage
    • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
