Free Shipping & Delivery Times

SecondLife Retail is pleased to offer free shipping across Australia.

Please note: international shipping is not currently available.

Orders are generally delivered within 2-5 business days.

Estimated delivery times are provided on product pages, however, actual delivery may be affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

If there is an unexpected delay or a surge in order volume, customers will be notified via email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

While SecondLife Retail cannot guarantee delivery timeframes once a package is in transit, our customer support team is available to assist with tracking and resolving shipping-related issues whenever possible.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

SecondLife Retail is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Delivered But Not Received Claims

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate the package, you must file a claim within 14 calendar days from the indicated delivery date.

Claims submitted after 14 days from the delivery date will be automatically rejected, and the item(s) will no longer be eligible for refund.

The delivery date is defined as the date listed on the official tracking record as “delivered.”

To file a claim within the 14-day period:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Navigate to My Orders.
  • Locate the relevant item(s) and click Help.
  • Follow the prompts to submit your claim.
