1. Overview

We are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Returns Policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and explains your rights.

2. Change of Mind Returns

  • You may return products within 30 days of delivery for change-of-mind reasons.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Refunds, exchanges, or store credits are processed after inspection.
  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind cases are borne by the customer.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product:

  • Arrives faulty or damaged
  • Has a major fault within a reasonable period
  • Is significantly different from the description provided
  • Was incorrectly supplied

In these cases, SecondLife Retail will cover return shipping and offer a full refund, repair, or replacement.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories (unless faulty)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repair
  • Products outside the change-of-mind window
