Orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered in approximately 2–5 business days for metro areas.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but it cannot be located, a claim must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for change-of-mind reasons. Items need to be in original condition, packaging, and with all accessories.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law, and return shipping is covered by SecondLife Retail.
